At Royal Perfume we ensure that all our fragrances are 100% authentic and delivered in perfect condition.
` 1. Eligibility for Returns:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
2. Damaged or Wrong Products Received:
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sanithalijo1984@gmail.com
Please provide an unboxing video or photos showing the damage for a quick replacement or full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Opened perfume bottles or items with broken seals.
Sample bottles, discovery sets, or items bought on clearance sales.
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
